Terms & Conditions — df999 Platform

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation".

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on the df999 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. df999 strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any account where the Player cannot confirm compliance.

2.2Geographic Eligibility. The df999 platform is designed to serve English-speaking players primarily located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. df999 does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is legal in every location from which it may be accessed.

2.3Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on df999. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4Own Account Only. You may only register and operate an account in your own name, on your own behalf, using your own verified payment methods. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

2.5Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through df999 are not eligible to register a new account or use the platform for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious violation and will result in permanent banning.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1Registration Requirements. To register an account on df999 you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2Identity Verification (KYC). df999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport) and/or proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at df999's discretion. Failure to pass KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is accepted.

3.3Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify df999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. df999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

3.4Account Credentials. df999 staff will never ask you for your full password. Any communication claiming to be from df999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1Supported Payment Methods. df999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on df999 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's account and the funds will be returned via the original payment channel where technically possible.

4.3Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no fee charged by df999 on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4Withdrawal Processing Times. df999 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off or requiring additional KYC verification may take up to 24 hours to process. df999 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider after funds have been dispatched from the platform.

4.5Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been pre-approved by the df999 payments team. This requirement is a fraud-prevention measure and is applied consistently across all accounts.

4.6No Third-Party Payments. All deposits must be funded from a payment account that is registered in your own name. df999 does not accept deposits from accounts held in third-party names. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third-party account will be returned and the associated wagers may be voided.

4.7Currency. All account balances, transactions, wagers, and withdrawals on df999 are denominated exclusively in BDT (৳). df999 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players who fund via an international card (Visa / Mastercard) will have their deposit converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by their card issuer — df999 does not charge a conversion fee on its end.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by df999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.2Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, live casino tables or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or at zero contribution toward wagering requirements.

5.3Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without further notice. Wagering progress accumulated toward an expired bonus will also be forfeited.

5.4One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via new account registrations — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and may lead to account suspension.

5.5df999's Right to Amend Promotions. df999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a Player who has already commenced satisfying the applicable wagering requirements for that promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on df999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. df999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) a technical error has affected the displayed odds or game outcome; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular activity; (c) the Player's account is under review; or (d) the maximum liability limit for a specific market has been reached.

6.2Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game categories on df999. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional status. df999 reserves the right to adjust individual Player stake limits at any time.

6.3Game Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or any technical error that interrupts a game round, df999's system logs will be used as the authoritative record of the game state at the point of interruption. Bets affected by a confirmed malfunction will be settled in accordance with the provably fair game record or voided and the stake returned, at df999's discretion.

6.4Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on df999 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds: (a) using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games; (b) exploiting bugs or software errors for financial gain; (c) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (d) engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity via the platform.

6.5Cricket and Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers cricket fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, or FIFA as applicable). In-play bets accepted after an event's result has been determined — whether due to a feed delay or otherwise — will be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

7.1Player Responsibility. df999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and that there is always a risk of financial loss. You agree to gamble within your financial means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings at any time.

7.2Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players on df999 at no charge: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session duration reminders; reality check pop-ups; cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion for Players who wish to close their account on a long-term basis.

7.3Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so directly from their account settings or by contacting the df999 support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the Player may not access the platform, receive promotional communications, or register a new account.

7.4Underage Gambling Prevention. df999 takes all reasonable steps to prevent access to the platform by persons under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered an account on df999, please contact [email protected] immediately. All accounts confirmed as belonging to a minor will be closed and any remaining balance returned to the associated payment method.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1Closure by Player. You may request closure of your df999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawal requests will be settled and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2Suspension by df999. df999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) conduct that df999 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (e) creation of multiple accounts in violation of clause 2.3.

8.3Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. df999 will send a reminder to the registered email address prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month. The Player may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and passing any applicable security checks.

8.4Right of Appeal. If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. df999 will respond to all appeals within 5 business days of receipt.
